We come from a middle-class family rooted in agriculture. My grandfather and father were known in our village for working hard and helping others without expecting anything in return.
In 1976, my father started a dyeing unit. For decades, we ran it with honesty and built strong goodwill. But when we saw the environmental impact, we made a hard call — we shut it down. Pollution was not a legacy we wanted to leave behind.
With no business to fall back on, we started fresh as life insurance agents. We had no big network, just one thing: transparency. While many agents pushed ULIPs for high commissions, we took it slow.
We explained what worked, what didn't, and what people actually needed. That's how we found our calling in health insurance — the cover most agents avoided because it paid less. But families needed it most.
Over the years, we met too many people who had bought the wrong policy or were left alone during a claim. Agents had disappeared. Companies were quoting fine print.
We couldn't ignore it. We started helping — fixing claims, decoding policies, fighting mis-selling — even for people who weren't our clients. Word spread.
Today, that same mission has grown into TwinSure. We don't sell policies. We make sure you get what you're owed.
